
Lithium secondary batteries and battery packs installed in flameproof enclosures shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 3836.1, GB/T 3836.2 and the relevant safety standards for portable lithium secondary batteries and battery packs.
When applying for CCC Certification for products with lithium secondary batteries and battery packs installed in flameproof enclosures, the applicant shall submit the following application documents:
(1) Instruction manuals/specifications of lithium secondary batteries and battery packs;
(2) Enterprise Statement Document: The nominal voltage of lithium secondary batteries and battery packs used in flameproof enclosures shall not exceed 60V DC, the rated energy shall not exceed 500Wh, and the battery packs shall be composed solely of series-connected single lithium secondary batteries;
(3) A third-party CMA inspection report issued by domestic laboratories or IEC-accredited laboratories, which is in compliance with GB/T 30426 or the latest version of IEC 61960. The report shall include the complete set of test data and corresponding results.
All certification bodies shall conduct an inspection on products with lithium secondary batteries and battery packs installed in flameproof enclosures that have obtained CCC Certificates. For products failing to meet the requirements on or before March 1, 2026, their CCC Certificates shall be suspended uniformly; for products still failing to meet the requirements and with no active application for certificate cancellation on or before May 31, 2026, their CCC Certificates shall be revoked.

It is imperative to adhere to the above timelines to complete certificate modification smoothly.
