1. Product Description and Parameters
(1) Product manual (including application scope, application scenarios, working principle, and main technical parameters: rated voltage, current, power, operating ambient temperature, etc.);
(2) Enterprise standard of the product;
(3) Description of model and specification differences (if multiple models exist in the same series, the differences of core components shall be clearly specified).
2. Design and Structural Documents
(1) General assembly drawings, electrical schematic diagrams, and wiring diagrams (parameters of explosion-proof key components shall be marked, such as flameproof joint surface size, safety barrier parameters, etc.);
(2) Parts list (including model, material, supplier, especially explosion-proof key components: sealing ring, wiring terminal, explosion-proof housing, etc.);
(3) Detailed drawings of explosion-proof structure (such as flameproof joint surface, potting compound filling method, positive pressure system pipeline diagram, etc., with key dimensions marked).
3. Certification Documents for Key Components
(1) Copies of explosion-proof certificates for explosion-proof key components (such as safety barriers, cable entry devices, flameproof housings, etc.) (must be within the valid period);
(2) Material certificates or performance test reports for non-explosion-proof key components (such as motor windings, capacitors);
(3) Battery specification sheets and test reports;
(4) Potting process documents and test reports;
(5) Wireless transmission module test reports or SRRC certificates.
